The Struggle
I started the same way most people do, building websites, designing interfaces, helping clients get online. It worked.
Projects came in, things got shipped. But over time, a pattern became obvious:
- Most businesses don’t have a design problem.
- Most businesses want a simple upgrade that helps the business grow.
- In 2026, the challenge is not getting a website, but getting clients.
The Shift
As a freelancer, my job was clear… deliver what the client asked for:
- A website, a landing page, a feature.
But once the project was done, nothing really changed for the business, they still:
- Lost clients
- Wasted time on time-consuming manual tasks
- Had no clear system for converting visitors into customers
That’s where things started to click for me.
Better design doesn’t generate revenue for a business.
The Solution
I started talking with my clients. Instead of starting with “What do you want me to build?”
I start with discovering the problems:
- Where are you losing time?
- Where are you losing money?
- What manual things, that could be done faster would save you clinets?
Then I map the full flow that solves these problems:
Traffic → Lead → Follow-up → Conversion
- Identify bottlenecks and manual work
- Replace them with structured systems powered by AI
- Test, iterate, and improve based on real usage
And rebuild it using AI and automation.
The goal is simple:
- Save time (reduce manual work)
- Increase speed
- Improve conversion
Not just make things look better, as I used to as a web developer.
The Challenge
I’m running a simple challenge:
Take 5 real businesses in 30 days, find where they’re losing time or missing revenue, and rebuild those parts with AI and automation.
This isn’t about adding random AI features.
It’s about:
- Qualifying leads automatically
- Prioritizing who to act on
- Reducing manual tasks
- Increasing conversion speed
The Result
Businesses spend less time on manual work and more time closing deals.
I’ll also be sharing clear before-and-after results for each business I work with, showing what changed once AI agents were implemented.
That includes things like response time, lead quality, conversion rates, and how much manual work was eliminated.
The goal is to keep it measurable, not theoretical.
I’ll be documenting the entire process, what works, what fails, and what actually drives results here on my website and on LinkedIn.
